Welthungerhilfe

Welthungerhilfe is present in Pakistan since 1997 with an office in Peshawar Office supporting the Afghanistan programme. In October 2005, Welthungerhilfe Pakistan started relief work after the earthquake supporting affected people in KPK (Serhad) and AJK (Azad Jamu and Kashmir). After the end of this 5-year programme, Welthungerhilfe closed their offices in February 2010 but returned again after the floods in 2010. In August 2010, Welthungerhilfe Pakistan started their relief work supporting flood affected people in KPK, Punjab and Sindh.
