The Citizens' Voice Project is a US $45 million democracy and governance project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It is aimed at increasing engagement between the citizens and state institutions of Pakistan.

The project, being implemented by Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA), awards grants to registered Pakistani organizations to implement advocacy and public accountability projects in different thematic areas.
