Comissioned by Oxfam Novib and SAFERWORLD, conducting a baseline and program scoping study across Pakistan. The scope of this assignment is twofold:

1. Conduct baseline assessment – collection of data from primary and secondary sources; field survey; data collection, compilation, analysis and production of high quality report
2. Power analysis; actors and political interest mapping and programme scoping for Oxfam Novib and Saferworld.
