Impact Assessment of One to One (OTO) Sponsorship Program being implemented by Islamic Relief International in KPK, AJK and Punjab for the last 15 years. In addition to a large number of in depth interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders and key informants, the assignment included a survey of 450 randomly selected households in Mansehra, Muzaffarabad and Rawalpindi. The OTO program assessment was done on the thematic areas of Education, child rights and protection and livelihoods in accordance with MGDs. Developed 5 case studies on the impact of OTO Program.
