Final evaluation of Plan International’s five year country program. Key thrusts of the program were child protection, Education, health and livelihoods, whereas HIV/AIDS and gender were cross cutting themes. A team of 25 researchers, evaluators and sector experts worked for more than two months to complete this evaluation. Quantitative and Qualitative field research was conducted in Islamabad Capital Territory and districts of Vehari and Chakwal. Recommendations of this evaluation have reportedly played a major role in shaping the future programming of Plan Pakistan.
