Inventure is currently helping Plan Pakistan to develop its five year Country Strategic Plan for 2015-2020.  The Program focuses on Children Centered Community Development approach through interventions in Education, Health, WASH, Livelihoods and Disaster Risk Reduction and Child protection in ICT, Punjab and Sindh Provinces. The assignment involves;

• design and moderation of a large number of in-country consultations with Plan team, relevant government officials, Plan’s implementing partners and communities
• review of numerous impact assessment, evolution, review and monitoring reports to distill lessons learnt
• visioning to identify most appropriate programmatic interventions, Plan’s positioning and required resources and organizational development targets for the next five years
• consolidation of all the above in a succinct and coherent document
